How does it work?
We use qualified headhunters with extensive experience of competence-based headhunting because we know that a high level of competence is required to recruit the right competence.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE
Together with the client, we identify and discuss in detail the requirements and conditions that apply to the specific managerial or specialist role. The discussion and documentation works as basis for the search for the right candidate.

SEARCH
Through careful and efficient search using headhunting, unique search methods, our own networks, several digital platforms, and our own candidate database, we locate the most qualified candidates. On average, we identify and contact around 100-200 candidates in each individual recruitment, which ensures that we truly find the best available candidates on the market.

Based on the requirements profile we select a number of candidates who undergo structured and competence-based interviews with us. The most suitable candidates are sent for approval of the client, to thereafter undergo qualified in-depth interviews with us.
CANDIDATES

We use a well-proven interview method specifically designed to find candidates who match the skills required for the role. In addition, we have the opportunity to conduct logic- and personality tests to ensure that the candidate fits into your company, both organizationally and culturally.
IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW

After thorough interviews and in-depth analysis, suitable candidates with accompanying CVs are presented to the customer both orally and in writing. We then book an interview between the customer and approved candidate/-es. From the first to the last step it takes a maximum of 30 working days.
PRESENTATION

EMPLOYMENT
When the customer has approved one of the presented candidates, the contract between customer and candidate is signed. The recruitment is complete and the employment can begin!
